The address for WSU’s main campus is 1845 Fairmount St, but this will not take you to the Rhatigan Student Center, specifically. To find it using your GPS, type “Rhatigan Student Center” into your Maps app.
We have arranged for free parking for CMH-17 attendees in WSU parking lot 24. Parking permits/passes are not required.
Coffee, tea and water will be available to attendees all day. Breakfast pastries and fresh fruit will be provided each morning. Attendees will receive a voucher each day to use to purchase lunch.
Vouchers can be redeemed in the Rhatigan Student Center (RSC) Food Court (first floor) or at Shocker Hall. RSC Food Court options include Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Panda Express and Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes (located in the basement). Shocker Hall offers a full service cafeteria with salad bar, pizza, pasta, soup, deli sandwich, comfort/home style meals, hamburgers, hot-dogs and international food options daily. You are invited to attend a networking reception and award presentation in WSU’s John Bardo Center. Heavy hors d’ouevres, wine and local brews will be served. The Wichita State University School of Music will have an ensemble onsite, and there will be an appearance from the one and only WuShock! NIAR’s 3DEXPERIENCE Center will also be open for tours of its Additive Manufacturing, Reverse Engineering, Robotics & Automation and XR Laboratories.
